Anonymous buildout forces login #171

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Checkout the buildout with the following:
svn co http://getpaid.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/getpaid-anonymous-buildout/
./getpaidyo

2. When one reaches the following line in ./src/EXTERNALS.txt,
authentication is requested for users without access, which goes counter
the point of an anonymous buildout :)  The diff would look something like:

# shipping methods
getpaid.flatrateshipping 
- https://getpaid.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/getpaid.flatrateshipping
+ http://getpaid.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/getpaid.flatrateshipping
