Have page title show up in browser title #178

Many pages in the system don't load a <title> for the browser from the page
title. For example, @@getpaid-cart-add. Can we have the HTML page title
read "Your Shopping Cart"? and @@getpaid-thank-you should read "Thank you
for your order" . 

This should be reviewed throughout the system.

Won't fix in plone 2.5...
I was talking about it with kapil...
After digging a lot with xip into getpaid templates and views... we down the 
rabbit
hole and get into the plone core land... some possible fixes for plone2.5 are 
too
site specific or too "hacky" to put it into getpaid trunk...
In plone 3 this could be posible, because plone 3 define a viewlet and some 
adapter
to get the <title> content...
cjj, should we try to fix it at plone 3?
