Prevent checkout if no payment processor is selected #194

If no payment processor is selected it shoudn't be possible to "checkout". 
Currently, this raises an 
error. At most, users should be able to add items to cart, but the checkout 
should be disable.

At the control panel, there should be a warning, much like mail setup wraning, 
saying there is no 
payment processor configured, so payments don't work.

This should be unneeded because #151 assigns a the testing processor as default
payment processor.
