Inventory/warehouse needs to add tab #219

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. enable getpaid.warehouse in site
2. make content item shippable
3. view tabs on content

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It should include an "inventory" tab next to "payable", but none is
present. Only way to access the info is by adding /@@inventory to url at
this time.
