Global upload limit #116

Hi.

At this right moment I have three (concurrent) uploads to GD, almost 5M each, so almost 15M in global, playing for being "awarded" with a ban.

I had already set up the parameter for individual uploading at 8M but it doent's apply when there's more than one.

I think it would be a useful tool having a global limit parameter.

Not sure how it is supposed to work. You can set limits for individual transfers if needed. If you hit your remote daily limit you just continue next day. What would be in practical terms benefit of knowing how much data you transferred to specific remote?

Many! Another vote for up/down global/session statistics on a status bar ;-)

Thinking again, my request can be accomplished with the schedule feature that it's in beta stage, if I'm not wrong.

Thanks to coronavirus I was away from laptop recently but now back. I have few more bugs to fix then will look into new features
