Hello,

I found that rclone runs in background and do transferring jobs even after canceling running job. Which is not intended.

Please fix.

Please describe how to recreate this problem and give us your environment information, such as OS, software versions and etc.

If we can't recreate it, we can't debug it.

same problem here

Windows 10 Pro 2004 19041.423 rclone version rclone v1.52.2-281-g324077fb-beta rclone browser version 1.9.8.0

start to download a file from google drive cancel the job rclone still continue to downloading in the background (caught on task manager Rsync for cloud storage still using network)

Trying to replicate - I think something changed with rclone. What rclone version you are using?
