Streaming like in Android RCX rclone #217

The streaming in RCX android rclone allows you to go back and forwaard while watching the videos but the rclone browser wont let me skip the video. Any way to implement that in this.

Like using rclone serve webdav option and using the file url to directly stream over network in vlc or other player
