Portable version? #222

Hello!

Long story short; is there a portable version? I need to bundle this and rclone itself into a tiny package to send to someone who isn't very technically inclined - so I must make it a complete package, stitch a config to it and hopefuly make it as easy as possible for them. For that, I would need this to be portable :)
