Move to a persistent log storage #33

In the first iteration, our logs will just be into a text file, without any backups or access (see #31).

This is not urgent, but someday we'd like to move to a unified, backed-up, accessible and searchable log storage. Logstash, Fluentd, Splunk or one their alternatives could be used.

This could be effective for all of Midburn IT.
