…npmRequire, added npm dependency for winston logger, added logmanager class for easy log creation, added event logging for entity CRUD operations in methods.js, this solves: https://github.com/Midburn/playainfo/issues/31 and is ready for logstash, loggly or other log fascility logging via winston transports when we employ distributed log aggregation
