[Suggestion] Quantum Goggles of Revealing with solar #12

Currently as a player upgrading a QuantumSuit Helmet, you have to pick between the Ultimate Hybrid Solar Helmet (from Advanced Solars) and the Quantum Goggles of Revealing. It'd be nice to be able to upgrade and have both in 1 item as an end-game goal.

It looks like the GTNH fork has some Goggles + Solar content (https://github.com/GTNewHorizons/Electro-Magic-Tools/blob/master/src/main/resources/assets/emt/textures/items/armor/goggles_solar.png)
