Storm Caster sometimes flashes while holding it #16

Every once in awhile, the Storm Caster flashes with no texture for a split second and it seems to happen even without a bunch of other mods installed. This also only happens while holding it and not in the inventory.

After checking the code, I thought it is ... intended?
