Matching the behaviour of fewizz’s version (https://legacy.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/electro-magic-tools). Maybe also consider a texture rework for the Nanosuit and Quantum Wings.

Texture will be tricky You could ask in Cleanroom to see if there are any artists willing to help
