Notifications show for jobs outside of the request scope of time #124

For some reason, the completed jobs notifications are showing for jobs that are way too old. When the UI requests for jobs from the last 30 seconds from current time, jobs from many minutes ago are being shown.

When using OpenAPI to hit the same API and parameters, the list of complete jobs is zero.
