Add private copy of Application CRD yaml #184

We currently link directly to the URL for the yaml file. It has moved twice recently which has broken dev builds. It also breaks service stream builds and so requires additional service stream updates.

To make matters worse, it appears they have completely removed the earlier version we were using, 0.8.0. Now the only versions in that repo are 0.8.1 and 0.8.2.
