Describe the bug Addon 1 Addon 2 depends on Addon 1 If the user selects "Addon 2" but not "Addon 1", and the 'Sync addon states' is selected, the reload confirmation dialog will prompt the user to reload again because "Addon 1" failed to load because "Addon 2" was not selected to load.

The dependency should be enabled as well.
