add print statements to nanoplot script #25

need to add helpful things like hostname, nslots, date, user, etc. as print statements in nanoplot qsub log

These variable checks and hostname and date were already added. Additionally added a HELP/USAGE statement and additional variable checks. Can now run script manually (without having to basecall first)
