upgrade to Guppy 4.0.11 #29

I think it will be worth it to upgrade to the latest version of Guppy. No accuracy improvements, but --num_barcode_threads option has been fixed as well as some bug with barcode trimming.

jk, --num_barcode_threads hasn't been fixed, but barcode trimming has! Time to upgrade and re-basecall everything
