Hit an error while running a sequencing_summary.txt file from r10 basecalling w/ guppy 4.0.11. Upgrading to NanoPlot 1.30.1 resolved the issue.

Docker image incoming.

docker image built, need to ask SCBS to add it to their repository in /apps for use on the cluster

Just requested SCBS to copy the new singularity image for NanoPlot 1.32.0 over to /apps

Will update the nanoplot script when that is completed
