move qsub.log and qsub.err #8

Currently, after a basecalling job finishes via qsub, the guppy-gpu.log and guppy-gpu.err go into the PWD and should be moved into the user-specified $OUTDIR.

This would help keep things tidy

files should be moved into $OUTDIR/log/guppy-gpu.log and $OUTDIR/log/guppy-gpu.err after basecalling finishes
