possibility to have a different sort order on topics lags hover when you have a lot of topics #332

The topics in the hover on the "Topics Lags" tab are arranged alphabetically by name. This arrangement makes it difficult to identify which topics experience the most significant lag.

Describe the solution you'd like

Introduce the option for the data on the hover to be sorted in descending order, displaying the topics with the largest lag first.
