Auto update doesn't work on some windows systems #27

You should ship with the ssl libraries, because apparently not all systems have it.

I just added the ssl libraries to the Windows install in b16e364bb6acf784df691499ad72ff671769f9fb

Linux users can apt-get install the ssl libraries if they don't have them already. The only reason I think they wouldn't have them is if they're on a 64 bit machine and they need the 32-bit ssl libraries.
