Safari installation instructions #55

Description

People using safari can also use this as a homepage if they deploy this page to their own page and then use that link as a homepage link in safari.

Changes

Added instructions for installation of Devo on safari.
Integrate deploy to Netlify.

I was hoping to be able to run the extension in Safari directly without such a need, but it seems like we need to go this way for now. Thanks for the contribution, merging it.
