Not able to launch my JNLP application by OWS 1.5 and above version #528

I am not able to launch my JNLP application by OWS 1.5, OWS 1.6 and other latest versions. It is working fine with OWS 1.4, OWS 1.3 and below versions. Getting error as Fatal: Initialization Error: Could not initialize application.
