Add executeInsertReturningConn{,Def} #26

I'm not entirely sure if executeInsertReturningConn is the right name for it or not, and if it is, whether it has the intended implementation or if one should pass in all the Default values explicitly.

Yes all the Defaults should be passed in explicitly.
