LCase input for 'ShellVecResults'-component #36

Currently the 'ShellVecResults'-component and the 'ShellLineResults'-compponent display the results of the load-case selected at the nearest upstream 'ModelView'-component. This is not in line with the other results retrieval components and thus confusing. Add 'LCase' input-plug - and 'ShellIds' to 'ShellLineResults'
