Froyo - occasional system lockscreen on top of the call lock #2

This seems to duplicate when allowing the screen to timeout rather than using 
the prox or power key to turn it off. When coming back on, the unlock slider 
exists on top of the usual long press prompt.

This might be able to be solved by specifying the dismiss_keyguard flag for the 
window in question.

I've observed similar behavior myself and can be annoying.  I'll check out the 
dismiss_keyguard flag and see if that helps.
