I sent an email to @karan to see if he's willing to come take a look and merge PRs.

If we don't get an answer, maybe it's time to fork then? Who would be willing to host the fork?

Forked into https://github.com/pawamoy/TPB. I still did not release to PyPI. I'll try to do it soon. I'd like to add other maintainers on the future PyPI namespace as well. See https://github.com/karan/TPB/issues/95
