"Terminal Open" doesn’t exist if you don’t do "Terminal open in root" first #42

The command Terminal Open requires the command Terminal Open In root to be activated first; if you don’t, the command will not exist even in the Command Palette

@andya9 I have noticed this also and it has become very annoying.

I also noticed that this has been fixed with 0.8.1 (b73c801). 0.8.1 does not seem to be on atom.io/packages yet (@karan can you publish it?)

@tkw1536 As a workaround I switched the keybindings
