github pages are outdated #87

There are a lot of changes since the last documentation on github-pages release.

For example:

2017-02-11 0 28 59

And

2017-02-11 0 28 40

Yea the Option 2 didn't even work for me (Raspbian). It's also not so clear which binary to use (for newbies like me). I tried two different binaries and neither work and so I've given up at this point.

Any "super easy to use" Github script/software should only entail one option - and that is, "copy and paste these 3 lines into your terminal if you are using Linux. Use these other 3 lines if you are using Mac, and use these 3 lines if you are on Windows". I should not have to use my brain whatsoever to install something that is supposed to be "super easy to use".

Apologies. I'll update them soon, in the meantime, please refer to the README file for up to date instructions.

Accordingly to @karan comment in #71, joe has been rewritten in Go which makes GitHub pages completely non-relevant and misleading. Installation through PyPI, brew is still suggested, yet, both are utterly broken, and now seeing that it is rewritten in Go, explains why.

If you don't have time to fix it, take it down or redirect to Github repo. That is not so hard, yet will save someone time.
