Problem authenticating extension #5

for one of my accounts, when I install the extension and try to sign in, after typing in my gmail username and password, I immediately get a notice that says "authentication failed" without any prompt to re-authenticate.

On my other account (where the extension works correctly), after entering my gmail credentials, another window pops up asking me to "Allow" or "Deny" access. On the account where I'm experiencing this problem, that box never appears, or appears and closes almost instantaneously, immediately after which I see "authentication failed."

Any idea why this might be happening or what I can do to make this account authenticate your app?

Hi, Did you ever receive a response to this...I'm having the same exact issue. Thanks for posting. GR

Gloriarma: I did not get any response nor have I found a solution.

I found out that my host stopped sending money to Google. My host had control of my billing. So when I (finally) made the host release my billing Google was able to take care of everything from there. I'd contact the host who signed you up for the gmail account and where you have your billing authorization.

We're having the same issue. (It's not a billing issue.) What my user is saying:

"it asks me to authenticate, i enter my password, then it asks for G verification and then disappears"
