Need separate activity that comes before the game that asks users to build their board

highly dependent on whether or not 2 players play on the same phone or remotely.
dependent on if the prisons can be implemented
need to figure out how the building interface will look like

Solves: #41, #45

Progress:

Created player and opponent HUD that displays controls to pause, play, record, quit game
HUD also shows text
Created a building bar view
option to choose bricks, jail. fake jails option is hidden for now
after one user hits done, 30 seconds later game will start -> in middle of this
ball and paddles hidden in building mode.
