Select Text Option Does Nothing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a passage
2. Select a verse,
3. Choose 'Select Text' from the pup-up menu,

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the Android arrows to select desired words to appear. I get no 
response r a return to my home screen. Incidentally, when I select a word in a 
verse, the heading of the page indicates the wrong verse (seems to be About ten 
verses prior).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.4.0 on Android 4.0.3

Please provide any additional information below.

This was reported by another user a few days ago.  It is related to a change in 
Android 4.  I have implemented a fix and plan to release it in a few days.  If
