Menu flashing and not responding

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. opening the menu of choose book OR document (occur occasionally, especially 
easy to happen when rotating the device)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Sometimes the menu just get flashing and not responding to any touch input.
Must close and restart the app.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.5.5.
using Galaxy Nexus

btw I'm using Traditional Chinese for the Android OS.

after switching to English(US) the problem did not occurred. I think it has 
something to do with the system language.

It seems to be caused by the code I am using to specify a locale that is not 
the default.

So if you change the language on your mobile to Chinese and set the language 
selection in And Bible Settings to Default, then the Chinese interface should 
work fine.

I will try to see if I can change the code that overrides the default locale, 
or at least prevent the flashing screen.

I have implemented a fix for this problem in today's beta that I have uploaded 
to the Download list.

I hope to do a proper release during the next week.
