Add CrossWire Wycliffe as a repository for downloads #178

This would make a significant number of Bible translations available for 
Central America and the Caribbean.

These modules used to be in CrossWire Beta, and were moved to a new repository 
several months ago.

None of them require Alternate Versification, though a few might require fonts 
to cover some uncommon characters.

Great.  However, it looks like we have the old problem of zips not being 
created:
ftp://ftp.crosswire.org/pub/sword/wycliffepackages/rawzip/

I think DM created a script to create zips for the AV repo, or maybe he just 
intended to - can't recall.  This has been an issue in the past with zips being 
repeatedly deleted and breaking downloads.

Also, has anybody tested any of these modules in And Bible?  Should we expect 
formatting problems?

DM has run his script and the modules are now present.  I have added all 
modules in the Wycliffe repo to the And Bible download list.
