[FR] Footnotes and references appearance #183

For now Footnotes and references appear filling the whole screen.
That's very inconvenient and really annoying on a big-screen tablet.

I suggest either:
1. Having another pane on the main text screen with F&R similar to Split screen.
2. Or implement it with ICS/JB controls (with raising API level). Though 
raising API level is questionable and deserves a separate bug discussion.
