modules rescan #185

When new modules added, it's quite difficult to make And Bible to find them.
There's no "Rescan" and no "Exit" buttons.

I use the Task switcher to kill And Bible.

Please spell it again: whenever a user downloads modules manually he has to
KILL the app to start to use them. Right?
I agree that "exit button" suggestion was not good idea. Still having a
Rescan button would be great.
