Create enum for let user easier to decide the sync property?

Part of issue #1444 Inspired from thinking about #1541

The benefit:

• Easy to add more boolean fields.
• Can write utils to check if lyric is able to edit the field.

Need to think more:

• the field should only be boolean.
• should re-load all the property if enum list changed, or should write utils to check which enum added or removed.

• Text (Lyric text, ruby, romaji, translate, language)
• Time tag
• Time tag timing (time-tag time)
• Singer

SyncNoteProperty:

• Tone
• Text
• Ruby
• Other

SyncLyricConfig:

• LyricProperty[]
• NoteProperty[]
• OffsetLyricTime
• NoteOffsetTone: Tone.
