Separate issue #1609. Focus on listing the buttons in the composer.

Also,what is the difference between place the button into the right side or in the composer?

Maybe should define the button type:

• edit: edit the hitobject. E.g. lock button
• batch edit: batch edit the hitobject
• ui config: adjust the view part. E.g. change the size of preview text or trigger the panel open/close.
• tool: e.g. switch the edit mode or open the tool
• others: not listed

Not really sure should implement the button for moving to the previous and next time-tag. Just for showing the key clicking state, might not expect anyone will actually using it.

Not really sure should add the playback speed config? It might be useful but it can be added in the left-side of the bottom editor also. Not very sure.
