Adjust lyric editor content folder structure. #2254

Create content folder and this folder includes everything for the main content.

I think the namespace in the child component might be a bit too long (e.g. osu.Game.Rulesets.Karaoke.Screens.Edit.Beatmaps.Lyrics.Content.Compose.BottomEditor.AdjustTimeTags) But have not better folder structure.
