This might be easier than continuing to improve the hand-rolled video player.

This has been hard to get working (rendering to a texture with both the software renderer and the OpenGL renderer have simply Not Worked and displayed nothing) so this task might get tabled at some point.

Remaining ideas:

Create a hidden window for it since dedicate windows have worked, and blit the window contents to a DX11 texture? This sounds like it would be relatively slow.
