[Feature Request] Enable/disable certain audio tracks based on location #18

I don't want to listen to the BGM in cities or housing districts, but I want to hear battle BGM and orchestrions in player houses. I could type /bgm every time, but I would like it to be automatic. Would it be out of scope for this plugin to have such a feature?
