Better documentation #133

There's basically no documentation. There should be some. Specifically for the most common use cases.

Lots of documentation has been added to https://github.com/karashiiro/TextToTalk/wiki, but I'm keeping this in TODO pending a breakdown into specific areas that need more documentation.
