Don't read battletalk box when it's voice acted #221

In the duty "The Gulg" the Battletalk seems to be getting spoken through TTS even though it's already voiced. grafik grafik grafik

Fair. That's the current expected behavior as far as Battle talk goes. The plugin doesn't parse to see if there's any voice files playing when reading battle talk boxes. but i think it would be good to have it behave like the dialog box and not talk while voice files are being played. it would be good to see if all battle talk voice files comes from the same directory, or have a naming convention that can be parsed.
