According to the TODO: reminder: update copyright in all files 2018-2022? I have updated all copyrights in the files to 2018-2022.

The TODO was old. Now it should be 2018 - 2024 !

Other peoples first dates should remain as they were. E.g. Peter Wiele's should be 2017 - 2024
