Move speed parameter to constant definitions
Add heavy bullet mechanic with a new, bigger sprite png
Add switching between bullet types with keys 1&2

@karate If you think this PR is useful, do you mind adding the "hacktoberfest" topic to your repository, or alternatively by adding the hacktoberfest-accepted label to the PR ? This is a neat little game, and even though the repo has been unattended for a while, I thought it may give you and the other contributors a bit of enthusiasm if I livened it up a little. Your project may provide a better source of contribution compared to many other ones popping up just for the sake of Hacktoberfest.

Hello @ilimugur and thank you for the PR. I've already added the hacktoberfest label to the repo.

There are some flaws in your implementation though. I've added a comment in #3. If you fix those it'd be great.
