Help Needed - AP not showing up

Connected everything as per instruction.

Flashed,

Now the esp has blinking blue light.

Getting serial data like this,

Still no AP is not showing up in Wifi Networks.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong

Worked when I changed flasher to Node MCU Flasher.
