Cleanup #16

Realized there were a few things here I forgot to clean up after you mentioned it the other day.

Removing underscore throttle function because it's built into typeahead
No longer doing synchronous loading of GeoJSON, using callback
Misc cleanup on some functions

Feel free to change anything that doesn't make sense!
