Drag-dropped file is opened in background #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Drag the file onto some shortcut of a program to open this file
2. Drop it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the window in foreground, just like normal drag-n-drop from 
Explorer does. Instead program window opens in the background

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win7 x86_64, FAR 2.0.1807 x64 (no Admin rights)
drag-n-drop - mainline version

Release pressed Alt key after starting the drag ;)
