Feature to remove a slice for the cup handle needs rework #2

The difference() function for removing a slice for the cup handle is not good. This need rework.

The idea is to use minkowski() function or other feature to round the edges especially where the cup-handle slice is made. Documentation: https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/OpenSCAD_User_Manual/Transformations#minkowski
